Police reform can happen if we demand them at every moment to live by and practice higher standards of enforcing the law. Many are ill equipped, poorly trained, don't engage in mental/behavioral health best practices/training unless ordered to. Be better humans!

The admin is pushing for this to happen. War and conflicts historically save a failing president. He'd do anything to retain power and bump up his approval ratings. Problem is...most in his cabinet and in leadership positions (those who've stuck around) are ill qualified, incompetent, or inept.
