I take Leg Veins by Nature’s Way. Probably a couple of months. I no longer need compression stockings and my legs do not ache when I stand for long periods. Total game changer b

I have also taken a fairly inexpensive supplement that has improved my venous insufficiency incredibly. Not all supplements are bad. I just make sure that I take things that have clinical evidence to support their use and even then if it doesn’t help, I stop taking it. 2/2

For instance, there are studies that show long term use of Metformin causes a B12 deficiency. I have had to supplement due to this, but I use a pretty inexpensive sublingual B supplement that takes care of it. I have found supplements to control my RLS when Requip caused augmentation. 1/

Next time we have to buy a refrigerator, it will not have ice through the door or plastic door shelves that break, and hopefully the crisper drawers will be sturdier. Otherwise, it just needs to keep stuff cold and make ice. We don’t want “smart” appliances. 3/3

We bought a refurbished same model different name that the repair place was selling. Basic washing machine. That’s what we wanted. We have also repaired our refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, dryer, and microwave, usually ourselves. 2/

We finally had to retire our 35 year old Kenmore washing machine, not because we couldn’t repair the inside. The outside case was rusting and about to fall off. Before that, we had replaced parts ourselves, only calling the repair place when it was bearings going bad. 1/

One of my favorite fantasy authors, Elizabeth Moon, had a character say something like, “From my experience, religion makes good people better and bad people worse.”

He bought from a scalper then because Amazon didn’t do preorders.

I love the mug but like salads to be salads lol. Mine would be to let me eat cake without gaining weight.

I haven’t played in a while. I started playing Enshrouded again, and it scratches some of the same itches.

Stupid too. There is no stage V in cancer staging, and Jill Biden is not a medical doctor.

I know where it comes from when I call my 93 year old dad to tell him about my daughter’s success, and he turns it into a conversation about her taxes. Because that’s what he did for years until he retire at 90, only because his eyesight got too bad LOL. And he’s still got the hyperfocus.

The more I look at it, the more I like it. Great work!

It would make a great band name: The Woke Marxist Popes. They play a blend of Chicago grunge, Gregorian chant, and Russian folk songs.

I feel seen. I can’t believe he spent so much time with someone who is so obviously evil…like, quit thinking with your dick, son.

His birthday is coming up, so maybe Vance should add “and many more” after he sings Happy Birthday.

I distinctly remember saying “WTF is THAT?!?!” Before I booked Link out so fast his image left a trail on my eyeballs. I’m waiting to replay until I get the Switch 2.

The only satisfying thing to me about all these AI monstrosities is that the artist that actually paints these kinds of Trump portraits must have had all his worked scraped and fed into the database. He’ll never be able to sell another one because people won’t value it any more.

I’m mourning the lost water and power used to create this abomination.

I’ve found Polygon a good source for game walkthroughs for a gamer who got a late start in gaming. Glad to pitch in!
