Absolutely. WY’s 1 rep serves 560,000 people while each of California’s reps serve 770,000.
The more equally represented we all are, the more the government will reflect us.

Repeal the Reapportionment act of 1929 and you’re halfway there. California should have 17 more Representatives. See: Wyoming Rule

You had your car blocked? You poor thing. Of all the horrors that have ever befallen anyone, traffic has to be the worst.

Long time web developer here. When you have a drop down menu, you make it alphabetical so it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Maybe you put US at the top for a US centric site for ease of use.
This one? Europe is first and Africa is last. Wonder why.

And for the love of god, do something. Sue him, demand that the courts expedite everything, find a camera and tell whomever will listen that what he and his administration and his Republican lap dogs in Congress are wrong, they’re criminal, and they’re unAmerican.

It’s not right.
It’s unacceptable.
It’s dangerous.
It’s wrong.
It’s illegal.
It’s criminal.
It’s fascist.
It’s authoritarian.
It’s unAmerican.
Words matter. Use the right ones.

Politicians are okay with “not normal” because they can fund raise without taking a stand or acting. They can continue on conducting business as usual and pretending like they’ve met the moment by pointing out that attacking our allies is a tad quirky. Deploying Marines to LA is novel.

The media is fine with not normal because they can both sides that and avoid attacks somewhat. Occasionally they have to pony up a few $million if they want access or merger approval. Mostly they can count their cash with their head in the sand and pretend that they’re not responsible for the 🔥.

I’m tired of hearing that what he does is “not normal.” It completely undercuts the fact that what he does is UNACCEPTABLE and CRIMINAL.
You don’t have to do anything if something is not normal, except maybe scoff at the audacity. When something is unacceptable and/or criminal you have to act.

The Trump Bible includes the Declaration of Independence, the original Constitution and the Bill of Rights included. Tellingly, it does not include and later amendments.
It’s like a one stop shop for important things he’s told people he’s read.

They didn’t succumb, they’re as bad as he is. He will be 80 soon, and dead before most of them are. They’re a bigger problem long term than he is.

My pants don’t fit. Lib media has been enticing me for years to stuff myself full of fast food and ice cream because they want me fat so I’ll be nice and tender for the slaughter when they eventually decide to force everyone to like just be nice to each other and stop being so mean.

Even amongst conservatives, who asked for this? Was there some grand movement afoot that I missed entirely!?!?

Coordinated unpredictability. There are plenty of places to protest in LA. It’s a huge place. Treat your protest like a pop-up shop that everybody wants to be at. Move it around. Announce it last minute on social media. Become unmanageably delightfully chaotic.

“Well , sure, Trump’s goons are shooting unarmed American citizens with rubber bullets for no reason and arresting journalists unless they’ve already shot them but Joe Biden only flossed every other day so who’s the real tyrant, huh?”

Who needs hearings and investigations? There are simply too many people to deal with in any kind of orderly manner. Just ship the whole regime to CECOT and call it a day. That’s what we do now, isn’t it?

Senator Mashburn, you’ve got plenty of things to concern yourself with in Tennessee before sticking your nose into another state’s business.
