This week I’ve been on a work trip to Toronto for coworking. Since a lot of the members of my team work remotely and across different regions, they try to get everyone together a few times a year. This time around has been pretty fun!

Yesterday with a ton of help from @coyotesweets.bsky.social and Skratch, we removed my old, now unused, oil tank from my basement. Eventually I’m going to turn that space into storage, but for now we were able to just put the wall we took down back up, and it all cleaned up pretty nice!

Busy day today! Went to the MX track for a few hours, which was great! Then finally got the old 450 sold to a guy from Rhode Island, and got the paperwork done to give the old trailer to a buddy. Then did some work in the basement bathroom. Now it’s time for suuuuuushi :3

Track day today! Since the last ride, the bike has a fresh graphics kit (purely aesthetic, no functional difference), and more importantly a gripper seat cover. Hopefully the seat cover makes gripping the bike easier, I was having a lot of issues with that the first two days out.

Oh yea, final FWA road trip stats! Drive Time: 44h6m Miles: 2510.1 Number of states: 13 + DC Avg Speed: 56.9mph Avg MPG: 22.1 The average speed and mpg were heavily brought down by visiting the Tail of the Dragon :P

Completed my FWA road trip! After a cheesesteak with my mom for dinner, I scooted up 95 back home. The rain was pretty terrible in NJ/NY, but CT on was pretty clear. It was a ton of fun, but I’m glad to be back home for sure :3

The Tail of the Dragon is fucking sick! Honestly, driving around here is worth the road trip alone. People are ripping cool cars everywhere, everyone you talk to is a giant car/motorcycle nerd. The scenery is so pretty, and the roads are sublime.

Yesterday I went to do a small group class at the newly remade Supercross track at Winchester Speed Park with The Moto Academy. It turned out no one else signed up, so I would up with 3 hours of 1 on 1 training on a private track. It was a ton of fun, and I learned a lot!
