There’s just so much shady shit in this story, but this really sticks out. Folks in NLRB’s IT unit were so freaked out by what they saw DOGE doing that they wanted to notify the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. Then this happened:

I would just like to point out that "zealous advocacy" does not include lying to the court. To zealously advocate ethically, an attorney still has to operate within the facts of the case, even if they look bad for their client.

Just going to repost this because it still holds.

Just so everybody understands, Booker has been speaking cogently about the issues the entire time and Strom Thurmond famously spent hours reading from the encyclopedia, because segregationists were and are dumbshits

If you're not watching Senator Booker right now, you're missing something special

Almost 24 hours in and Senator Booker is spitting fire. Actually inspiring stuff happening here.

Booker plays the hits. Currently reading from Federalist No. 51.

Watching @booker.senate.gov filibuster. Going to be primetime must see TV as he approaches the record.

The ONLY consistent aspect of Trump's policies is that when given a choice he does what would benefit Putin.

Kendrick is a menace. That look into the camera as he said Drake was gold.

One of Musk's DOGE minions is a @northeasternu.bsky.social student. Gross. huntnewsnu.com/83444/campus...

Just wanted to check in on how @eve6.bsky.social is doing this morning. Heard Inside Out on the radio and I hope you're having a good day. Maybe today is the day you find a divorced celebrity that likes alternative rock.

The men carrying out Musk's coup are Akash Bobba, Edward Coristine, Luke Farritor, Gautier Cole Killian, Gavin Kliger, and Ethan Shaotran. Make them famous. And, eventually, when possible, arrest them and charge them with multiple felonies. www.wired.com/story/elon-m...

Happy Groundhog Day! I'll give you a winter prediction...

I live on a busy roadway across the street from a pond. There are a large number of geese here, so sometimes they get hit. I hate the number of people that hit and injure a goose and just drive off.

Animal Kingdom is so gorgeous at night yet it's rare that I get to see it.

Giving a shout-out to Command Performance. Always a must see at the UK pavilion anytime I'm at Epcot.
