The weird, often whitewashed way the civil rights movement is taught (or not taught) seemed to convince a lot of people that nonviolence was met with nonviolence, instead of you know, dogs, hoses, beatings, death, etc

I don't care if these monstrous ICE raids are a "federal operation". This is authoritarian violence, plain and simple. Just because Stephen Miller has kidnapping quotas for brown people he doesn't want to see on the street doesn't mean we have to think it's okay.

ADHD things: Woke up yesterday, took my meds, started messing around with @rpginabox.bsky.social. Was thinking "oh, I'll just tinker with some voxels for a while, then start writing." 5 hours later, I've got a full map and several chiptune tracks completed, and zero words written. Um. Whoops.
