He looks like our youngest cat, Snowball (who later earned the middle name Marshmallow because, as my wife said, "he gets into sticky situations"). Snowball was feral until about 3 months, and we adopted him when he was 6 months. He's 3 now, and skittish at first but super cuddly and sassy with us

This is absolutely intentional. This way, after they've hobbled the FAA, they can turn around, say how ineffective it is, and it needs to be privatized (by one of Trump's cronies)

She gets a royalty, certainly, but that's dependent upon the shows/attractions continuing to be profitable to the studios making them. If they don't hit attendance/viewership quotas, those contracts will certainly be up for review/cancelation.
