youtube.com/watch?v=5RpP... this is a video made six months ago about J.D. Vance, Elon Musk, Peter Thiel, Curtis Yarvin and the tech bros that want to break up the states into “Freedom Cities” run by billionaires. Vance is a follower of Cutis Yarvin who JOKES about using the poor as bio-diesel fuel.

As an American I fully support this. If all allies (former) did this, it would help us. Yes, it will cost you some, but not as much in the long run as giving in to Trump’s threats & making deals he will break whenever he gets in one of his absurd “we Americans are victims” moods.

Yes, what we really need right now is division to fight fascism. 🙄 It’s very frustrating that people refuse to learn this lesson. Or that they learned nothing from Bernie losing the primary - twice. And no it wasn’t “stolen”.

How the fuck do I know this but they didn’t? I don’t even have any aides to help me read. Idiots.

I remember Trump 45 making me miss Nixon, Reagan & Bush. Now Trump 47 makes Trump 45 look good. The first term corruption is peanuts to now.

This feels like all the other GOP attacks on Democrats disguised as coming from “concerned” Democrats over the years. Why would this matter now or in 2028? Biden made more sense in supposed “cognitive decline” than Trump does. 50 changes on tariffs in 4 months? Massive corruption? Musk taking over?

Gil Durban’s newsletter/website The Nerd Reich has been reporting on this/the Network State/techno-fascism for some time. Well worth a follow.

The problem being none of these progressive candidates that have won their primaries has won the general election.

Because we have idiots running the State Department.

That’s what I don’t get. He’s shown everyone he’s erratic, careless, ignores details, breaks laws & that he lashes out at anyone who points out any of it. Not CEO material.

Any reasonable board would have already replaced him as CEO.

This El Pais article points out that gang members in US custody who were scheduled to testify in court about Buekle were renditioned to El Salvador before they could testify. english.elpais.com/internationa...

Canceling trials on actual MS13 gang members also helps Bukele. He's in bed with cartels & at least 1 of the big trials that was cancelled is someone who could give evidence against Bukele & his administration. Really need more focus on taxpayer $ being funneled to gang associate Bukele.

Crucial context here: @adamisacson.com suggests that there may be as many as 31 people imprisoned in CECOT whose names have never been made public.
Their families have literally no public acknowledgment or way of knowing where their loved one is being held.
That is a classic disappearance.

No, I usually ask them to run it both ways. Most of the time Good Rx or other coupon is cheaper than my insurance copay. My pharmacy usually does this for me. Recently had something filled at Costco & was surprised how high it was. They had run it through insurance & it was double!

That Alito and Thomas chose to pretend to believe the lies presented should remove any doubt about whether they respect the law as applying to facts before them. They do not. Alito’s dissent shows he is every bit as willing to make up present facts as he is historical ones.

It’s also pretty clear that the American public is incredibly misinformed about the economy or the poll wouldn’t look like this.

No one cares about this. It “edged down” to 42%. He’ll stay president, doing all his damage, and 50 (or more) GOP senators will keep letting him do whatever he wants.

I doubt they have a clue what an IRB is/does. The idea it’s fine to gather our info from fitness apps from commercial sources without permission & this article makes it sound reasonable is just another alarm in an environment of already blaring alarms.

At least they weren’t deported to El Salvador. This is at least the 4th story of this type I have read. It seems to be part of the “crash the economy on purpose” plan by discouraging any students or tourists from coming here.

Both are fixable. The GOP doesn’t want them fixed.

Lowering interest rates won’t fix Japan’s perception that negotiating with Trump is near impossible since his team doesn’t know what they want. Nor will it calm anyone who sees the entire cabinet is incompetent liars.

Not ironic at all. They needed to abolish it because they couldn’t compete with a diverse pool of candidates. Nepotism & cronyism are the only way they succeed.
