Depends what you need to know? For nuts & bolts now I would be tempted to ask Claude.ai and get a bespoke schedule with key words as well. Also, read Seth Godin, the latest On Strategy is great and there are loads of his on youtube. For jet propulsion you join MBS The Conspiracy if you have some ££

I decided to go for it late last night, nothing ventured nothing gained and if I can swap my spoons for beans I would be so very very happy! Let's see, I will give it a good go. Thanks so much (and of course I know you arent promoting, we are all just trying to help each other! β)

Andrew, tell me, how much of a difference - what have you noticed? I double checked the research and the ME assoc are urging a bit of caution from possible conflict of interest/poor methodology - so your experience wld be valuable. it's a lot of money for me - I can't work and can't claim benefits

That was a bit ambiguous, I meant the hospital planning on sending my daughter out of area is something I could do without... My heart is broken over my mum of course. Beautiful pics of your grandson, very special!

Omg Anna yes and it is such a work in progress... I want to make things better, I repeatedly want things to be how I imagine they could be so much of the time - which is my howling and railing against what is, how things actually are - yet I know acceptance is the path, the most difficult path

Seeing REM in my timeline I had to go and revisit this track, not from hi-fi. I had forgotten how music can make you feel like you did in another time

Ooooh this is interesting... In so many ways, I will have to read the review. I did have a sense of OV being overhyped and have been curious about it for a while.
