If NASA wants to protect their funding they need to name a moon Trump. There's lots of moons around Jupiter and Saturn.
After funding is secured, they can name the rest of them with Jimmy Kimmel's nicknames for Trump: Groper Cleveland, Sleepy Don-Zales, Genghis Don, Hair Mussolini, ...

Can citizens file a class action suit against the tariffs that are being unconstitutionally levied by the President?
I don't believe that the weak excuse that the "fentanyl emergency" gives the president the right to bypass congressional authority over tariffs would hold up in court.

No one in their right mind will build a factory in the US to make the parts that we were buying from Mexico and Canada because the Trump administration is so unpredictable that they could change their mind with no warning and bankrupt the investors.

Also the president is using a false pretense to bypass congressional authority to impose a new tariff. Specifically he made misleading and exaggerated claims about fentanyl imports from Canada to impose a tariff. Any real fiscal or constitutional conservative would object.

Trump wanted to brag to his constituents that he made water availabe for fighting the Palasade fire. Neither he nor his MAGAs know, or care that it's flowing in the wrong direction.

My fear is that as the first wave of celebrity appointees drop out, the Project 2025 people will quietly slip into their positions. They are patient, quiet, and united by their plan.
