Even going down a path of vacation in the UK in 2018, seeing an updated version of Dangermouse and going back to me watching Nickelodeon and the original version. A Japanese friend from the friends of the TV sighting later, studied grad school in UK sends me a letter with a Dangermouse stamp.

Sometimes in life, just things are strange. Connecting dots in arcs. Flipping the tv on in a hotel in Dallas and seeing a friend on that TV station from Japan, who I have not seen in 20 years. 7 years later another friend from same group while in Japan also on TV, but that’s her day job.

Having lived in Japan as a student 30 years ago and getting to stay in ryokans as some of our trips, we got to experience some of the high life. But after 3 straight days of chawan mushi in different ryokan. I grew to not like it.

Also in Utazu, just past the bridge (to the west vs going to Takamatsu to the east), there is the Shikoku Aquarium, a bit of a walk but decent one for its size. Next stop is Marugame, but a ways from the castle.

Kojima, Okayama. This train goes over to Shikoku and back. Starts at Okayama. Looks like 5 versions, the red one goes to Kochi. www.jr-eki.com/aptrain/glob...

The train line is…..kidding, knowing your son loves the train. Also got to ride this by chance a couple of weeks ago. Was absolutely not planned.

Also, near the Ginza main intersection, just south of the Nissan Crossing, there is a small hole with a plaque, which is also for charity.

There are also charities that will accept coins in Japan. At Haneda airport past security in Terminal 3 in towards the 140-150 gates and there is a box to donate. 2 weeks ago they were collecting for Myanmar’s earthquake.

I mean he was taken out in the win over Georgia, so to say he dominated Mahomes. Hurts deserves this win because he didn’t make a mistake.

In cricket, bowlers (aka the pitcher in baseball), do play defense in the field when not bowling, let alone have to have bat as well on offense).

For me I will say the following. Look for the book Business Model You. I used this 7-8 years ago to help me when I lost my last job. Also, I know the author. Helps define what skills you like and don’t like www.powells.com/book/-978111...

Don’t forget that typewriters back in the day would have needed to have the extra space on the typeface ball for all the macrons ō, ū for those long vowels, which of course are not used in English. Let alone where to put that on the keyboard.

Or change is hell because it never does. Nov 22, 1955 to today. Non-LDP PM days in power, 2,088 days. Total days 25,269 days. LDP has had the PM position for 91.7% since its first day in Power.

Can’t wait until the west side of Shibuya sets done. Hell Sapporo might get the Shinkansen before Shibuya is done on the west side.

It is not gambling because the person is selected at random. Anyone in the arena had a chance to be selected, or if they have to Register before attending a game.

@lincolnvb.bsky.social @avidvolley.bsky.social so now SLC and Houston go head to head wins 1-1, sets 4-4, but Houston 183-162 on points, But SLC is in front of Houston? Literally 4 games in, we can’t properly sort league positions.

I mean the MLB owners are the ones who brought themselves to do this. Why do hard caps work, because it forces you to stop spending. But I don't want to spend, then you don't win. It isn't rocket science.
