The people that learn how to leverage AI now will be the ones with the mastery to separate themselves from the pack in the future. It's just a skill to learn like anything else is, and you're on the ground floor with a brain that is still firing on all cylinders. You can leapfrog people now.

It's going to feel like computers are replacing artists and software engineers in the short term because of corporate greed, but remember that generative AI is derivative by default, and we always look for the art that sets itself apart. AI resets the bar higher, but there isn't a ceiling.

We'd be better off with a union of Internet users paying dues to build and maintain our own </social> political action network. Political parties via brick & mortar offices are vaporware. Imagine the power that could wielded against tech corps if Internet users collectively bargained. I'd volunteer.
