Without being an expert, but I've HAD TIME today, I believe the last day new bills can get on the calendar is May 21st, if it's "uncontested" in committee, or the 14th, if it IS contested.
I would expect it to get on calendar by this Wednesday, IF it's going to the floor.

The people in charge must be the leaders of the pack, and the dog looks to them for guidance on how to behave with little ones.

I went researching native North American sources of caffeine.
I will begin many unscientific experiments using yaupon holly leaves, which apparently have higher caffeine content than black tea and grow wild in many areas, if not in landscaping,
If the flavor ain't great, chicory is a great mix in.
