the origin of the name Guybrush Threepwood is one of my favorite things in video games they didn’t have a name for the Monkey Island protagonist at the time so they saved the sprite as “guy” the file was a “brush” file in Deluxe Paint so the artist saved it as “guybrush.bbm” and, well, it stuck
