it really did hurt back then. now it seems like the bias is mostly gone but not entirely. but right now it just feels like everything is in reverse and the more time i put into something the more im fucking it up.

its hard to forget all the arguments and fighting i had to do with other people just to prove that my stuff was just as good. i remember the whole 2d is better than 3d bias that started because of the influx of lazy sfm stuff. even some of the artists i looked up to said the same thing.

here's the original pic. was the first time i messed around with water in blender. the foam/spray was painted in clip studio since i didn't know how to achieve the effect in blender. a simple idea turned into a week long project with many many hours put into it

i already value my art and i don't care if people don't like it.
as i've said time and time again i just want to be treated better. i want to be treated like the other artists. im sick and tired of putting in all the work just to be looked at like some sort of commodity.
