My CPA has often applied for an extension, but actually got all my forms in well in advance this year. Whew! Hope it works out with no penalties or interest owed!

The thing is, it is the nature of reactionary psychology to believe on a deep brainstem level that *everyone* acts this way, that everyone is out for themselves and their own advantage, that all talk of principles is bullshit. It is fundamental to their worldview.

Water side fouling would seem to be a challenge - I’ve seen remarkable deposition in HRSG tubes on oil patch cogen facilities. Less of a problem in granite?

There has been shut-in capacity in the US based on technology transferred to China and now (probably?) being used to flood the markets. My understanding is that multiple plants based on the Union Carbide developed silane-to-polysilicon route have been built in the PRC.
