I notice the house next to the old Union Square Post Office is for sale. I’m guessing the owners of the PO had trouble with development with ADA and historical designation. That property next door might help with ADA/Parking given the topography. Just my 2¢

If I was an 82 year old man I would be embarrassed that people made a fuss over my cancer diagnosis while children still died from cancer.

Great book. Your explanation of complexity was the first to get through my thick skull. Maybe now I can take another run at Quark and the Jaguar.

My take on your post is anonymous profiles calling for violence should be ignored, anonymous people have zero skin in the game.

We need to put economic pressure not only on Trump’s willing supporters but also the ones who fail to stand up to him.

2018? Is it because of a consistent low level dopamine release mentioned in Sapolsky’s 2017 book Behave?

Aren’t there 3.2 BILLION outstanding shares? So this is less than 1 percent, he’ll, less than 1/10th of 1 percent of outstanding shares. I want it to plummet like the next guy but this lack of grasping the situation is disappointing.

It is an entitlement. I’m entitled to it because I paid in. You’ve let republicans conflate sense of entitlement with entitlement. It’s not the same thing. Words have meanings.

Are you anything more than a talking head? Is anyone on any platform more than a talking head.? All I see are people trying to agitate others into actually doing something while they have no skin in it.

If there’s a real shortage of copper then Trump’s real target would be the nickel, which has copper in it and nickel, both needed for EVs, you could unlock a source of both copper and nickel if you could melt nickels and pre 1983 Pennie’s down but it is currently illegal to do so.
