This one can get in the sea. Tailgating then a close pass. Reporting for re-education.

It's hard reading reports like this and there are a lot of them around at the moment. Economic crime seems to attract far harsher sentencing than killing people with your car. Had a belly-full of tailgaters this morning. www.wiltshiretimes.co.uk/news/2516053...

No really, tell us more about that proposed new law for mandatory life sentences for the very rare cyclists who kill someone?

This iconic Fabian Todorovic cartoon is still one of the best I’ve seen at illustrating the remarkable amount of space we surrender to cars, leaving little space left for everyone and everything else. The text added later makes the bonus point that many drivers still manage to complain about it.

Cyclists: "Can we get a protected bike lane?" Leaders: "No, cos we have this magic paint that will keep you all safe" C: "We'd rather have the protected bike lane" L: "The paint will save you." How effective the paint actually is at keeping drivers out of the bike lane.........

Labour’s “we’re-going-to-jail-cyclists-for-life” gambit was one of the slabs of red meat thrown at right-wing voters. How did that work out then?

2 RLJ putting others in danger this evening.

Robert Davis giving more excellent wisdom. The fun bits of cycling are brilliant - and it's (normally) the best way to get around. The horrible bits of cycling are certain drivers and it's silly to deny that.

Depressing that there are some people who see a stranger cycling home from work for just three seconds and their instinct is to shout "I'll smash your head in".

From one car park straight into another, and still cannot manage to give way to a mere cyclist.

Visit to the woods today to see the bluebells.

Local drivers be like.. "Please can you privately contact me if you visited Tesco to collect a trim this morning after hitting the new fuel pump bollard?" ...

Just hilarious the lengths people go to, avoiding mentioning a driver! www.facebook.com/share/12JmXs...

Avon and Somerset Police are refusing to say what positive action they've taken on journey camera reports. Saying that the outcome of NIP or warning letter is too much detail for the drivers' privacy. I think that's cobblers and a backwards step.

Crummock Water is a lovely place for a stroll

Walked up Scafell Pike via the corridor route, from Seathwaite yesterday. Stunning!

A week off the bike, but every day will still be leg day! Love the Lake District.

Drivers railing against bike lanes. They want MORE people to drive. They don’t realise that every driver off the road and in a bus, train, tram or bike is less traffic for them. Next time you see a group of cyclists stopped at a red light, imagine them all in a single person car #30daysofbiking

Some nice thank yous from these drivers today.

A "perfectly good cycle lane" eh?

I mean...what goes through these drivers minds?! 😱 #DNRPoliceScotland KM22FWX

POV: it's your priority, you're going 20 mph, but car drivers think playing chicken is fun.

I don't think this narrow advisory cycle lane alongside a long, straight road with a 60mph speed limit is going to encourage many people to get on their bikes.

Some excellent drivers and one absolute spongewalloper, who'll be getting reported.
