Tangentially related: A lot of homeowners here in Dallas routinely challenge their property taxes/home values because they're "outrageously high". (the taxes, not the homeowners) Our neighbors are shocked that we don't. Sorry, but we like having things like trash pickup, libraries, and schools.

The house-buying one for sure. When those folks are stupid enough to call me, I tell them that the opening bid for my house is 2 million dollars. I've only had one person stay on the line. They said, " Are you kidding?" Then they hung up.

Please ask The Bond Between to put their location on their website's front page at least. I scrolled through a half dozen pages before I saw "Minnetonka" in the middle of their volunteer page. Now I know they aren't close by me.
