For the first time in roughly a decade I'm not taking the next week off work, because of a family reunion in late July. I remembered to fill my med minder today. I played Clair Obscur until I started a new Stardew Valley farm (and found an Ancient Seed on spring 10, TYVM). Easing into Monday like 🙀

In the new smoking dream, I was stressing pre-boss-fight and went to have a cig before it started. Fade to black before I actually lit up. Next scene, I felt horribly guilty and was kicking myself for having smoked. (I've quit, and I'm not on meds for quitting either. Just fun brain stuff!) 🚭💪

While our president has his North Korean-style parade, there will be protests across the country. This is when optics are crucial. To juxtapose large peaceful protests with the military playthings of a wannabe-be tough guy. Violent protests play into his narrative. Please. Do not do that.

#ClairObscur - I started new game+, then decided it was too hard. Started a brand new game, missed my skills a lot. Re-restarted a new game+ and visiting a wiki because in the first new game+ I missed at least 3 things just in the prologue. So much for taking my time and being thorough LOL. 😁

#ClairObscur Finished. I bypassed a lot of the Act III optional stuff so I could see how it ended. I enjoyed the game in a "What in the Final Fantasy story is this" way. Less plot points, more vibes. 🤩 I'll new game+, though I didn't get any better at combat, but will take my time this go-round.

Breakfast-for-dinner strata of sorts - waffle fries, bacon, cheese, chives, topped with eggwhite/milk combo, baked to death. My basic "head hurts, no cook" throw stuff in a casserole dish meal. Nom. I'll stop carping about being smokeless now, it's been a week, I carry on. 🚭 💪
