Still one of the best features that Bravely Default included, both ways. Being able to turn the encounter rate *up* to grind out levels was a blessing too

Druckmann making Joel's therapist the widow of a man he shot dead was genuinely comedy gold on a level I can't begin to describe
I've not laughed that hard at a TV show in so long

It's actually comical how far they've gone to overcompensate for the original while not doing anything else
I really feel for Bella, but this season is so poorly done compared to the last one

I feel like I've dodged one of the most dangerous bullets of all time. I've just gotten out of formal education before this happened and I feel equal amounts blessed and thrown into despair. Essay writing and critical analysis are what I live for. And I cannot believe we're throwing that away.

So happy you're managing to play without spoilers for the first time! Undertale is such a special game and deserves all the love it gets

I do think there's only so far you can go with 'this game wasn't made for platforming but haha we're making you do it anyway'
And Expedition 33 was a bit much

I'm with you on that
Rockstar could have very easily gone out of their way to make the story of 6 quite safe and crowdpleasing but focusing on a couple like this really does feel like a cool twist
Not a huge GTA-sicko or anything, but I'm excited to see a bit more about the actual plot

Nintendo have the most incredible opportunity of all time, and I pray they don't fumble

Yeah, that's definitely the feeling I'm getting. Whether you want to admit it or not, TLOU2 is far more complex than the first game, and it feels like they've tried to simplify it down to make it 'easy' for the audience they grew with the first season.
I'm no purist but it feels diluted

I'm in the same boat right now; all of the creative changes they've made have damaged the narrative rather than reimagined it. I get that they were probably feeling pressure from the prickly reception of the game, but this wasn't the way to handle it. It feels really sanded over

I genuinely can't understand the type of person who defaults to using ChatGPT. I'm not trying to boast, but I haven't ever used it, not even once.
I've never felt the inclination to. Why would you intentionally stunt your critical thinking for a robot to gargle info at you?
Terrifying mindset

I ended up finding a quiet place to get a drink and do some writing, so it worked out in the end!
