Maybe this MP needs reminding that, unlike Trump, Starmer is not a fucking president.

A better world is within our grasp and this is what the right are fighting so hard against.

My friend's mum used to make what was known as her "Chocolate Disaster Cake" it was so dense that light couldn't escape from it.

Yeah. Compared to the other top teams who are bringing new parts constantly, Ferrari seem to be really falling behind.

McLaren now has a suspension menu for their drivers to choose from and Ferrari still have sorted out their suspension problem that was uncovered in China, what is going on?

Nobody's choosing the boxy old Merc are they?

There's a local project that has a collection of old regional varieties which they'll help us graft, the only issue is they are predominantly sweeter so we might have to add in some more sour varieties to get a decent cider although there are a lot of wild crab apples in the woods that are sour.

Thanks for the advice, we're hopefully starting to plant next spring and the deer population is exploding round us.
comment in response to

That's good to know. Do the deer give you any issues with the mature trees?
comment in response to
post
Slightly unrelated question - do you have many deer where you are and do the plastic protectors keep them off? Most people here use a small fence round each tree but the work and cost is a lot more.

I had a friend who worked at Novikov and they had a customer who would call shortly before his arrival so they could start preparing his freshly squeezed pomegranate juice.

Everyone knows Riz Ahmed should be Bond. He would be excellent and piss off the right people at the same time.

Because they're incredibly dull and don't work as standalone movies.

I was looking forward to the weekend but apparently Liberty Media have been so busy promoting the F1 movie they've forgotten to organise the Austrian GP.

Yes it was clear even before the election that they would need to move fast and appear radical in order to see off Reform. They failed and now they are seen as representing the broken old fashioned politics just like the Tories. They still have time to turn it round but need more imagination.
comment in response to

It's likely tactical voting would benefit the progressive side more than Tory/Reform but not necessarily Labour directly as they seem to be banking on. Also for this to work Labour still needs to stop punching down on anyone to the left of Enoch Powell in order for people to lend them a vote.

Ferrari came off a lot better than Ford in the movie but in F1 they say there are two kinds of people - Ferrari fans and people who pretend not to be Ferrari fans.

It's weird that Mercedes, McLaren, Ferrari and Williams aren't considered villains.

If there aren't any headlines along the lines of - "Labour whips squeeze rebel's pips" then what is the UK press even for?

Yeah, I think it can be a great experience but you really have to build it around the kids and their educational, development and social needs. The kids just seem like an inconvenience to the parents influencer career in this particular case.

I started school late because we were in the south of France for a bit and we were taken out of school for 3 months for a trip. I've also met people travelling with kids but they did a few hours of home schooling every morning. It's not necessarily bad but there are red flags here.
