So it doesn’t matter if you're a company in the US, China, or elsewhere. DeepSeek should be a cue to pivot HARD toward investing in far more efficient methods of AI development. Even if you care nothing about community & climate impacts, it’s just better business. 19/

Thanks for the heads up! The dissertation looks very interesting. Recently I took part in a media concentration panel discussion that concluded that the only way to counter the new “real” media concentration by the very few platforms was to merge European media houses to counter the US influence.
