Commentators trying to big up the "vibe" in a near empty stadium. Players walk out individually in some kind of pseudo NFL build up as announcer shouts names. Hideous.

1/ Desperately sad to hear of the passing of one of my musical heroes, Brian Wilson. He heard things in his mind that the rest of us can only dream of, and was able to translate them into reality. The word genius is overused, but he was one. Thank you Brian. Rest in peace at last...

So a couple of weeks ago we completed our first Interrail trip around Europe. Calling at Cologne, a brief stopover in Munich (for a quick beer and memory of 2012) Vienna, Budapest, Krakow, Gdansk and Berlin. Can't recommend it highly enough. Discount if you're 60+.
