Horrible thing #1 cannot be ignored. Neither can horrible thing #2. If we all focus on the horrible things we think are important, while others focus on other things, distracting won't be effective because we will remember.

100%. Shot guns for toddlers? Machine guns for defendants to bring in the courtroom? Rifles for convicted murders?

I'm shocked that Trump has recognized Putin as the bad guy. Will it last? Democrats should push for a bill to support Ukraine while Trump is in this mindset. We know that most Republicans in the Legislature, without a mind of their own, will vote how Trump wants.

Well, I know I'm low on the list, but I'm definitely on the list. I fight on until he is removed or I am.

We put a tariff on Israel so that we would buy less stuff from them and more from the US. If a boycott is illegal, their goals are confused.

Joe, Joseph, and Josephine can protest, make phone calls, and write letters, encouraging and pressuring elected officials to do what Joe wants. They can also vote. Elected officials don't become elected officials unless enough average Joes vote for them.

85%? How is that determined? By number of parts? By weight? By value? We'll need to create the Department of Determining How Much of a Car is American. This won't be an easy task.

Clearly this benefits Fulop, who stands out with his organization. With so many candidates, the winner could easily be chosen by just a quarter of the vote. Ranked choice voting is needed here.

I did wonder, actually. Would I stand up and risk being a target myself or would I keep my head down? Now, I know. I speak up, I stand against them. Of course, I always knew I wouldn't join the fascists.

He demands loyalty, but he doesn't reciprocate it. All that time defending the undefendable and he can't even provide disaster relief, which is standard after a disaster.

The correct answer was, "yes, my next town hall is at (location) at (time)" or "yes, you can find my town hall announcements at ___". Study up, Rep. Mace. You will be asked again.

This is how bigots are made, blaming a group for the actions of an individual. Stupid, yet effective.

Of course she was. He was a known fraudster and convicted felon. Members of his own administration warned us. He campaigned on hate. We all had four years of experience with him as POTUS. It was obvious.

He fought all the way to the Supreme Court to keep a man in a foreign prison who he knew, and admitted, shouldn't have been there to begin with. Who he sent in violation of a court order. This is one of many high crimes.

Violating a court order to send people to a foreign prison without due process is a high crime.

It's justice when those responsible for this are prosecuted. I suspect he won't see justice but I'm glad he will see freedom once more.
