I receive around 40 submissions every week. Sometimes (not that often) the ideas in the author's covering email really grab me. But if the writing, the prose, the author's indefinable voice, doesn't make me sit up and think WOW 100% both personally and professionally I won't be interested. 1/2

May I politely suggest that anyone wondering in all good faith why UK authors or their organisations are not trying to sue, does some preliminary research into the complexities of class actions in this country, and gets an idea of the costs in time and money involved.
