I think this relates to the thoughts you were posting about framing. It’s banking on the notion that the public won’t stand up for undeserving “criminals” and will not make too much fuss as long as that distinction can be made.

My 13yo tells me most are on TikTok. The trouble with the meme language is that part of it is the art of repeating a thing so much it loses its original meaning and context.

I would not call it even a sort-of ruling for Riggs. It’s more like throwing out the ridiculous claim about the 60k votes was cover for a ruling that will allow Griffin to selectively throw out enough heavily Democratic ballots to flip the outcome.
