Thank you Meriticula. Yes - I avoid X because I can't stand the hate speech, or politics of its new owner. Bluesky has a nicer feel to it and I hope it will flourish. Thanks for your comment. 😀

Just to continue - I have not seen hate speech or racism on Substack - that may be because I am careful what I follow, and avoid particularly controversial subjects. I think free speech is ok in principle but there need to be strong rules to prevent hate speech or bullying etc.

I don't know if he's still there but if he's a founder I assume so.
It's quite difficult ethically, as there objections to both Medium and Substack - I think Medium has strongly resisted any unionisation of staff for example, and both have backing of firms involved with AI.
