Creating an environment of fear is the whole point.
They don’t care what you’re afraid of, so long as you’re afraid.
Afraid enough to leave or never come in the first place.

Is that why every House Democrat just voted against the Big Beautiful Bill?
Because Democrats are far right and occupy the same policy positions as Republicans?

That’s a big climb-down from “far right” party, what happened?

Trump also brought up his 51st state BS at the White House meeting with Carney just a couple of weeks ago.
They are the ones talking about it, not us.

They also fear a big-city winner from the outside, one that would steer them toward the centre where they would lose their rural status and influence.
They prefer to be Big Men in a small tent, rather than small men in a Big Tent.

They fear an even bigger loser than Poilievre, and their loss of status under that new loser.
The Conservative bench is thin.

Conservatives love for-profit staffing because it is the first step in privatizing all of healthcare for their corporate donors.

I hope Albertans loyal to the country pre-empt the separatists and hold a “stay in Canada” referendum that sees overwhelming support.

Like many industries, I think bike shops want to sell you a low-margin bicycle and then make their money on high-margin accessories.

Send Chuck to Alberta, make Dani have lunch with him.

Smith will attempt to distract from her corruption, but would be foolish to push her luck.
More Albertans just voted Liberal (most since 1968) than support leaving the CPP, much less separate.
This is not a recipe for success, and it won’t help Dani change the channel on her healthcare failures.

More than 1 in 3 voters did not choose Conservatives in Alberta and Saskatchewan. Liberal vote share was up over ten points in all western provinces, best result in decades.
Western separatism may be loud and obnoxious, but the numbers simply aren’t there.

And the Liberal vote share is highest since 1980 Pierre Trudeau.
