It feels like they get great shots whenever SGA sets a screen (on or off ball), but it's so rare.

Indiana's 40 points on 26 possessions in the 2nd quarter (1.54 per) was the best offensive quarter for either team in the series.

I thought CT for a sec, but then remembered that the Pacers are a 7:00 League Pass team, along with the Sixers, Hornets, Magic, etc.

For sure. But "maximum aggressiveness" on defense has been the Thunder's formula. If you stopped the clip at :03.5 & asked me what Caruso will do, I'd have guessed he attacks the ball instead of retreating.

Thunder rebounding %... Hartenstein on: 52.9% Hartenstein off: 38.4% www.nba.com/stats/team/1...

Every team would do the same. It's a basic rule of the game. Touch the bases. If you don't, opponent can appeal.

The 3rd quarter WAS fast-paced... Pacers: 34 points on 26 possessions (1.31 per). Knicks: 23 on 26 (0.88 per).

Yeah, it's anecdotal evidence, but last year's series vs. Indiana could be a warning against playing a short rotation.

It's unbelievable how big of a change this is. The Knicks averaged the fewest bench minutes per game for any team in the last 15 seasons.
