My friend Howard Kaylan (of The Turtles) writes about Marc very positively in his memoir Shell Shocked, Howard having done lots of session work for Marc. They were good friends.
Howard's autobiography is lots of fun:

I propose that the rational way forward is to forbid the use of AI in research. Because it's too consistently flawed and too easily to manipulate to fake results.

Yes, what's in one of those bubbles? Los Angeles air. Might indeed be dangerous.

What I'm sure of is that the media is reporting (again) that demonstrators are burning a city down etc when the protesters are in fact NOT actually a massive raging crowd of vicious brutes--and it's only in a small part of LA and any rioters are outliers.

There is an Italian version from Independent Legions. I don't know if it's a good translation or not. After I hassled them through the Horror Writers Association, they sent me an accounting of royalties, today.

But I do think that we failed to communicate with people, in general, with clarity about how a vote for GOP is a vote against the voter's own interest. I have been calling for short clips, ads, that point it out in superclear, undeniable ways. That wasn't much done during the election.

But in all those communities served--are men. It's rightly assumed that men per se won't need the extra support. What Democrats didn't serve is the incel / misogynist variety of men, if that's what you mean.

yes true. But they'll probably spend the money. It would be better spent housing the homeless but if they're going to totally rebuild the area, as indicated, they'll probably tear that thing out and put up something new. Actually, though a bit of an eyesore, it was charmingly *distinctive*.

Okay the doctor's partner, the doctor's boyfriend, the doctor her or himself, the doctor's non binary offspring. I don't think there was any real gender politicking there, on my part. It's just that male doctors dominated the medical field for so long--that's changing though, thankfully.

I'm suspicious of it. Who's funding this surrender?
