In Thunderbolts, DP&W, and Cap 4 they explained how they got there enough for the general audiences to comprehend. So Marvel has already proved that the streaming shows are not mandatory viewing to understanding. I believe people just like complaining about what they don't have time for.

Thank you! You know what's worst of all is that you enter an area, complete it, and there's no indication anywhere that you're 'done' there. I finished the main story and moved on immediately to my next game. Trudging through even more of the side content without quest markers is just not fun.
