Grossly insensitive to a country that was enslaved in 1653 by 'white' colonialists & latterly lived under apartheid. The repatriation of S.A. peoples has been a much kinder, legal process than treatment THEY received at hands of white races.

The G20 Summit is in South Africa in November. The SA delegation’s impression and understanding of the 47th US administration is no longer speculative. lifestories.com.ng/2024/10/22/c...

Biting his lip not to remind Trump that S.A. lived under apartheid by invading Caucasian peoples who enslaved them in 1653. Freeing themselves from colonialists has been a much kinder process. Violence left scars & some angry people in S.A.

Whilst moorland habitats important, our existential threats Climate Change- drought, wildfires, flooding need tackling urgently, planting native trees keeps ground cooler & moist, acting as firebreaks, absorb flashy rainfall & are natural carbon sinks.

Women mostly are looking for someone who is a respectful and loving partner. From that everlasting union and children. Too many men want sex from get go. Also rather specific acts for pleasure. That is not respectful. No wonder women can't find a partner.

UK grass is predominantly non native (to feed non native dairy cows/increase milk yields), but they outcompeted our delicate native grasses that UK invertebrates evolved to breed & survive. One can buy these beautiful delicate grass, like Bent.

When growing meadow plants in fields/gardens/tubs, they need *poor* nutrition well drained soil (add sand and grit), don't let plants rot in at end of season. Important to add Yellow Rattle plant that stops grasses taking root & dominating 🧵

There is a consensus that we take too much honey, putting further pressure on them to find pollen, which can be hard to find. Old fashioned bee hives (per Winnie the Pooh) where honey stores are protected and not removed for human consumption. Their winter stores!

May have been resting. Bees rest periodically. Preferring warm area if they are needing to warm up. Sometimes thirsty. Offer shallow plate of rain water with lip fir them to sit on. Note, never offer honey, take to pollen/flower or sugary water.

So glad you posted this.
So many think having honey bees to help bees!
It's my understanding (expect correction) that honey bees put pressure on our many native bees. I've suggested growing a variety of native wild flowers (including what ppl call weeds).

And I recommend "Eichmann in Jerusalem" from Hannah Arendt too. It shows what can happen when the totalitarism train isn't stopped early.

Ditto. We're your allies.
No crazies and their love bombed followers will change that. However, imperialism is looking likely, US citizens in law firms, courts, law enforcement, media, anyone with influence and all citizens must unite & not allow intimidation of individuals to sow fear & inaction.

Be reassured, Trump is running out of metaphors.
His economic 'policies' will then collapse.
MAGA not possible without metaphors, upper case, excessive punctuation.

Restoring family? Women working & choosing who is suited to be a father, is always cited as cause of low family numbers.
Reality: Contraception gave men no responsibility for pregnancy and a sense that sex is now a human right and will drug & rape for their pleasures. Family not the goal.

Don't think it's entirely political failures but the economic capitalist model that has diminished communities, by outcompeting all small businesses, monopoly, cartels, poor regulation and unfair taxes. All money is at the top. Cash flow critical to economies.

My only objection to some ppl using toilets is the peeing on the seat and all over floor without cleaning up. Women, men, or trans may all be individually responsible.
If a man intends to rape a female in toilets, he doesn't need to be trans to do it. Most rapes are by non trans.
