Okay, this is wild. The government is arguing that it cannot produce copies of standards that it is using to promulgate regulations, because those are *copyrighted,* and therefore claims they're exempt as "trade secrets." FOIA folks: does this feel like a misuse of Exemption 4, or am I nuts?

Hey! Press covering Trump! The statute that lets him impose tariffs at will? It EXPLICITLY excludes movies. He has no authority to do this. Not just bc of an absence of authorization, but bc the law says “you CANNOT do this.” Do NOT say “Trump has imposed movie tariffs,” bc he did not. He CANNOT.

One point that's going to get lost in the discussion of #SCOTUS's intervention in the Alien Enemy Act case: This is the *value* of nationwide injunctions. Without them, you have to go district by district, and the government can try to play games by moving people to districts without relief (yet).
