When I decided to leave Twitter I had 280 followers. The last thing I did was remove all the fake-looking ones. That left me with 54. I don't know if this ~80% bot rate would scale up to much larger accounts.

I've only had one insulinoma diagnosis. The meds completely transformed him energy-wise. Sadly the tumour caused an internal bleed so he only lasted a couple of months. He was 8 though.

I kept ferrets for 10+ years. Got all of them from a rescue so most had health difficulties. Also experienced the dosage issue. The last guy to go had heart problems. Spent 2K on intensive care and subsequent treatment. It got him an extra 8 months. I feel it was worth it.
