He can be pardoned, but not by Trump. Murder is a state crime. Not in favor of more criming but wish we could get this admin on state crimes because Bondi won’t prosecute federal ones and/or the pardon get out of jail free card.

Will Signal be a default app install..?

Taco is between a burrito and hard place. If he leaves hard working immigrants alone there is no way to make his base happy when they see the numbers.

100% chance they blame Biden.

If Republicans can’t stand up for America, out of fear or…whatever, just resign. Give Dems the majority and America a chance, at least until special elections where voters can re-decide.

Here's one example. Like several, Seth Moutlon asked Whiskey Pete if he'd hold himself accountable for SignalGate. As he keeps doing, Whiskey Pete said it didn't matter if he mishandled classified info on a successful mission. So Moulton asked abt "success." youtu.be/ZOtYe1aD9II?...

How come ICE isn’t going to the prisons? If someone is a convicted dangerous criminal seems logical that’s where they’d be. It’s almost as if they are making this all up….

Nope. And Mar A Lago has plenty on the “hospitality” side as well. Wonder when they will realize there really aren’t that many people to deport if they don’t deport the hard working immigrants. Also, if they want to deport the criminals shouldn’t they go to the prisons/jails where they are located?

We need to reverse the ‘immigration is bad’ narrative all the way back and communicate immigrants/immigration are, in totality, not just good for America but critical. There is NO emergency! We should be working on a more efficient path to legal status not deportation.

Can we get 10 more Republicans to resign? Maybe they don’t have the courage to stand up to Trump, but if they stand down could have a Dem majority. (Not suggesting Mark Green is resigning for anything other than personal gain).

Does this presume an opposition military force or holding any city under any circumstance? And, hope it’s a moot point and never comes to that.

100%. Unfortunately too many MAGA hate CA because it’s “woke” and they will cheer this on. Hope the true enormity of this resonates with those in the middle.

Yes. Wonder if ICE will ever go after the immigrants working at Mar a Lago or in large corporate meat packing facilities…rhetorical question…

Oh, I’m not stating we are upholding the constitution right now. But I don’t think most people understand this, instead focusing on “but the immigrants…”.

They should ask the question “What is a greater priority, deportations or our leaders upholding the constitution of the United States?”

Read up on Title 10 section 12406. It is complicated me up for interpretation, which I’m sure the SCOTUS would go to Trump, making it legal. But, troops are only allowed to facilitate feds (ICE) doing their jobs. Not allowed to arrest/ detain. I’m not an attorney, just what I’m reading.

For us the alignment of SCOTUS, billionaire donors, think tanks & political operatives, with trumps executive power has created a system where elite interests are shaping government policy Billionaires like Musk are deeply enmeshed in govt operations, both as contractors & as policy influencers 🧵

Under code used to nationalize the guard it requires governor consent and oversight. This didn’t happen.
