The House passed a bill that would allow this to happen with impunity
“No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued…”

If the access granted was non root or admin, there may be hope and an extensive security access will be necessary. If this is not the case, the trust in the systems may never be fully re-established.

Good researchers will receive project funding in other countries, and yes that will include potential adversaries and competitors.

We do what we can and I fully respect your position. Your voice and writing as a mother has power. There is a long rich history of protest from mothers in the US. Search mothers protesting the war in Vietnam and you will see very powerful women. Online, you are one too, thank you.

this news is not making it to mainstream providers, what a shame. simple searches only find the hospital statement about complying with DJT orders. reddit had more info than national or local DC news media.

Excellent article. I think it makes a strong case for export controls. Dario also makes a fascinating prediction that AI smarter than almost all humans will likely happen in 2026-2027.

America isn't Trump, nearly half voted against him. It does appear that China is the CCP so we should be concerned.

Colombian readers and statements from officials decry the social media war between the two presidents as the way to decide the economic future of a nation.
Diplomacy is difficult but a lesson from finance may eventually come to play here, diversify your portfolio.

I examined 3 sources, noticiascrn.com, eltiempo.com, and noticiascaracol.com, and report that president Petro backed down and accepted all the US conditions on the repatriation of migrants. Colombia will process their citizens as required by their immigration laws.

Agree. The Bishop at the pulpit, as the shepherd, tended the flock. Sometimes the staff is needed but in her case it was a gentle exhortation of kindness and love. Christians know this is the way.

Heads would explode. Apparently he did not watch how Vance made the Justice wait until his entire family was ready.

which makes the idea of splitting tiktok 50-50 between China and US oligarchs ridiculous. Both would have access to another disinformation machine against us. a better deal would be to convince the CCP to allow our social media engines access inside their “great firewall”

Are there dead stars in space?
The lifespan of a star is dictated by their mass and luminosity. A typical star, like our sun, will become a white dwarf and begin to cool down. Eventually the star will no longer generate light or heat. None of these stars has reached that age yet.
