You’ve done well to capture the earthshine on the dark half and get that 3D pop. Nicely done

Olympic NP is the most underrated park in the country, and the rainforest is a big reason why. Lovely shot

If he keeps writing absolute boppers like The End and Better Hell, he’s going to start getting radio time I can listen to the album on repeat all day and not get bored, it’s that catchy

I view it as a casual way to share my photos, but not be bound to only sharing photos. Threads did this too, but the vibes here rn are immaculate

Rollei 2.8F, Hasselblad SWC, Leica M6, Xpan, Fuji GA645zi All of which would collect dust because I don’t shoot nearly enough as it is, but the dopamine would hit so nice

These are fabulous, love frame 2 and 4

This was something like 6 minutes. I had an f/4.5 lens and was only running 400 speed film, so with reciprocity I suppose it makes sense that I needed such a long exposure since f-stops are logarithmic. An f/2.8 probably would’ve only needed a minute or so, maybe a Plaubel Makina 67 would work

I used probably 4 or 5 frames to bracket just to be sure I got something. The lens I used was pretty slow, so my shutter speed really mushed the details of the aurora. It’s my only regret from this night - not trying faster shutter speeds

Thanks very much, I’m glad I got the composition right on the first attempt. Tough to do in the dark with an OVF

Stunning set, those first two are magic

Leofoto might have something you’re looking for. Even if not, check out The Center Column, it’s how I decided on the Leofoto LS-324C for a stable, lightweight, compact, and affordable carbon tripod
