We had about one solid inch of ice in my driveway this winter, couldn't get salt if my life depended on it. So I bought a cheap rosebud torch and a tank of propane hoping I could make my driveway passable.

The only place I have found this brand locally is in the dollar store. Picked one up once out of convenience and was like damn this dollar store root beer is actually really good!

If you go through with the localized control please do a video/blog post about it, I just got a similar bosh dishwasher and I've been contemplating the same thing but I think it's a bit beyond me without some kind of tutorial

I'm interested in switching but the app situation is problematic. I use Plex on several devices, the main one being an Xbox. Jellyfin needs to get an app together if they want more people to switch over. Otherwise I'd need to buy some new piece of hardware to stream jellyfin in my livingroom

Since you mention Minifigures I wouldn't mind a series of minifig versions of the player characters from each of the games, that would be fun but really we are here for pokemon builds!

Video topic request/suggestion: metal detectors! Having a conversation with my wife and I found out that I have absolutely no idea how they work. I assumed non-ferrous metals such as aluminum would not trigger metal detector but apparently they do so there must be something else going on

Is there a bulk downloaded and DRM remover for audible books? More of a curiosity, sitting on ~400 audible titles that I paid for but "don't own"

A lot of people will give you a hard time about using 3D printed surfaces for food contact. If you are concerned about that put some plastic cling wrap on the print to acf as a barrier between the print and food.

Good news is hand planes are all pretty simple pieces of hardware. I would suggest you check out Matt Estela on YouTube, he has some pretty digestible videos on hand planes in general. They'll likely be useful to figure out "the whole thing"
