The thing I want most for tech is for engineers to stop gushing about *what* they used, and to start asking "but is it *good*?"

you can start stacking your PRs today in 3 easy steps!
if you use jujutsu:
- set `git.write-change-id-header` to true
- push a branch to your repository
- open a pull request with stacking enabled
see an example here: tangled.sh/@tangled.sh/...

I've seen that question already today. π

In my specific case it was about instrumenting `java.net.URLConnection` in the JDK (used by a third-party library I don't control).

Unfortunately only for libraries directly supported by/integrated into Quarkus.
And combining it with the OpenTelemetry Java Agent for covering the other 3rd party libraries or standard library classes isnβt possible. π

Why does it matter? jackson.tools exists and is registered. π€
Also, I'm still remembering the codehaus.org group ID renaming after they shut down and I don't want to do *that* again.

If you like Kung Fury, you might also like Freaky Tales.
Think Kung Fury meets Pulp Fiction with a bit more budget than Kung Fury and a bit less budget than Pulp Fiction.

Awesome, this means you can monitor it just like any other JVM application!

You probably know how to let Maven or Gradle fail your build on SonarQube rule violations.
The Junie part should be doable via `.junie/guidelines.md`. Something along the lines of:
* After each change, run the build with `[your build command]` (or only running SonarQube)

Make the build fail on issues with SonarQube and tell Junie to run the build after each change and resolve build failures.

It *should* work, though?

Also works fine with `go tool`, if you don't want to install it globally.
