Very much appreciated! Do you know what you'll be doing with them?

One of them is standing, but he's still against the bench.

You beat me to it...

ThanksKilling 3 had that exact premise and remains the single worst film I have ever endured. 😫

That's a shame. It's a lovely painting, but maybe the yellow draws the eye too much? I guess you'd also consider how it frames the central piece, too. But hey, my renders' backgrounds are often a flat grey, so I could be talking from either end. Also, thank you! My orcs love you too.

Same as with any other medium. A good backdrop simply complements the model being showcased. So I'd refrain from being too busy, too vibrant, having too much colour variation, etc. Many of our favourite backdrops from 70s and 80s films were matte paintings, after all.

Play On Tabletop had at least 2 videos totalling around 300k views showing a Star Wars-themed ork army. Maybe half of the models were mine, with particular focus on the Vader and Emperor minis. They credited every other designer (who have much larger followings) but me. I got no boost in sales. 🙃

Sailor Moon orc is still weirder. I will die on that hill. And be carried by my underlings.

I missed a trick on not making him a Burna Boy, huh? 😞

Glad to help!

I'm stealing that.

Thank you. Yeah, kind of. I knew I wanted a husk of a character being kept alive/operational by devoted goblins. We'll see how well this one does, first...

I mean, I made my name sculpting orcs as Star Wars and WWF characters, so same. Never been brave enough to do female orcs, though, I'll admit.

I uh... yeah.

I've heard this game mentioned a lot lately. I'll have to look into it... 🤔

As in modular goblins? Not to the degree the orcs are made modular, due to how small the pieces would print. Not impossible, just something that needs more consideration.

A friend of mine complained that it's not very original and relied on old tropes. I died inside.

Oh, and thank you for the purchases! Very much appreciated. Do tag me when you have some results. 👍

Ah okay, yeah his renders are similar to my example one. No idea about his physical compatibility, but my defaults are very easy to mix with the old Boyz kit if you have some cutters handy.
