Not to mention it's a foreign equity firm, so previously U.S. taxpayer funded research is being swiped up near commercialization likely on the cheap.

Can also confirm. Having seen enough examples there's just no foreign letters without justification. Very different from what I was advised, to only justify when there's a subaward or major contribution toward proposed work. Sucks that they changed policy for already submitted grants.

Invasive Hib disease in infants fell 99%
Pediatric hepatitis A and B plummeted >90%
Chickenpox hospitalizations and deaths down ~90%

Yeah, I've lived in the southeast most of my life and this is the first time I've seen a rattlesnake. Seems like Hanging Rock might be a special island in the rattlesnake Piedmont range
