The only silver lining is that if Stevens is elected to the US Senate, McMorrow could take over her seat in the US House. Still, grim stuff overall.

McMorrow has been a good state senator, but I feel like she is stuck at this point. Her appeal is that she has guts, but her campaign has been gutless so far. She's ignored all potentially divisive questions (eg Medicare for All, Gaza). It's all very disappointing.
