I remember a case I was involved with many years ago where after a more than a year of evidence gathering, the case finally moved forward. I was told, "When Fed pulls the trigger, they don't miss." What I saw that to mean was their case prep left nothing to chance. Defendant immediately pleaded out.

San Francisco's inevitable 'figure it out later' factor invites all manner of drama - This is indeed awesome, but drivers who now regard 48th as the little great highway is something they should have predicted. Bollards, one-ways and still more parking drama might yet help keep it a local's local.
