Not sure who needs to receive this message today, but Medicaid already has a process for assessing waste, fraud and abuse. It’s called the Medicaid Integrity Program (MIP). Audits are performed by Medicaid Integrity Contractors (MIC) and State Program Integrity Operations. The more you know 🌈 💫
