I wrote up my thoughts on the Library of Congress debacle. I even got to refer to one of the earliest cases in my career--defending the giant pandas at the National Zoo. I am dog sitting my brother in law’s dog this week. Now, from prior experience I have learned not to leave open food on the counter (because he is a horse who can just kinda stretch his neck out). But surely a tightly closed jar of peanut butter would be fine, right?
