Going through successes and failures is a huge discussion, but I definitely agree Dems sucked on messaging. Biden had many successes, but he created a massive, unnecessary immigration problem. And he should have went for a second term IMO.

My bet is those who didn't vote are the same that never vote, and are probably split 50/50 like the rest of the country anyway. I think it's that Dems lost among the 1/3 of moderates and independents. Seven states decide the election. This group flips back and forth every 4 years.

I'm pretty sure nobody is bringing up impeachment because even if Dems could get a few Reps to vote for it, there is no chance the Senate would convict. The last two impeachments did pretty much nothing. And what would the article/s of impeachment be this time?

You need a majority to impeach. Plenty of Republicans in Congress dislike Trump but are just afraid of the cult. It's all about polls. As long as Trump has 40+ approval ratings, Reps will just follow along. If he became politically toxic, they would impeach. "Flood the zone", change opinions.
