Good question. Voyager is funded out of heliophysics, and in the budget documents: β€œNASA approved Voyager for continued operations through 2026; the mission will submit a proposal to the 2026 Senior Review cycle.” Voyager gets a reduced budget and then zeroed out in FY29 (see page HELIO-6).

Time for our scientific society leadership to take the case to the people by getting on national news and putting op eds in national publications, rather than just sending letters to members of congress who feel no pressure by that whatsoever
