Thanks, it's just projects for a VERY large company that we do business with and there are many moving pieces with my part not being able to be pushed back time wise as it would cascade. Thankfully I work with some great people in the office, and it helps keep me a bit saner :)

It just hit me that Lake Michigan is the only one that is completely in the US borders. But my favorite remains as Superior. It's just something else completely and I fully blame it for being underwhelmed when I finally got to see an ocean.

I'm really happy with my decision to ditch anything from Facebook and have avoided anything from Meta. The only thing that I came close to biting on was Palmer Luckey's Modretro lineup (the guy pictured next to zuc).

I'm a guy that always wanted to pay, but that's been like 20 years ago now. My vote is to be ready to pay, and if the guy doesn't seem like he's pressuring for anything based on him paying then let him if he wants to.

Didn't see your clip before now, but immediately knew it was Bubble Bobble inspired. In case anyone doesn't know, Bubble Bobble was a video game years ago (know it was on the NES at the least) and a similar take on that arrangement was playing in the background throughout.

Yeah, I'll end up paying everything until I hit our deductible (four digits), then I pay 20% of the bill until I hit Max out of pocket for the year (five digits).
It's a bad time though as we hit the max out of pocket last year so things are already tight.

Thanks, a real kicker was cutting the grass this weekend led to me slipping on wet grass so I had to pause for a while until the pain was bearable again. Hoping I can start figuring it out in the next month or two.
