Agree. It's absolutely Pritzker. I hope runs for president.

There was a great diner near 32nd street in NYC, Eisenberg's, with a sign up front: "It's nice to be important but it's important to be nice." That world has gone straight to hell now.

Catch a Falling Star (haha, yes, I'm that old).

Exactly. They reek of being far-right extremists like Proud Boys, 2%ers and pardoned January 6’ers.

Suzette, thanks so much for this great list and great reminder that there are many Republicans...though many are "former" or have left the party. I'm looking for current GOP members who would have power to act. Pitifully few of those.

40% of kids in Alaska are covered by Medicaid, 24% of adults. But the state voted for Trump. Twice.

He’s not a magician. We don’t, in fact, have the votes. That’s on us. Those of us, especially, who didn’t bother to vote. There’s no excuse for that.

Which ones? I missed it.

Frost is a better orator. So is AOC. But Schumer is a skilled senate infighter. We need someone who knows and can use the arcane rules of the senate to gut this insane POS bill.

Me too. Shocking that these moron politicians can be so cheaply bought.

Judge Luttig right now may be the last Republican. The crop claiming to be Republicans now are just terrifying and also unhinged and repulsive.

In a normal time, this would trigger 25th. But Trump was clever enough to stack his cabinet with impaired stooges. And the 25th requires the VP & Cabinet to act if they deem the president unable or unfit.

America was the chump in the game. Trump let Leo/Federalists choose judges because he is the laziest, most unintelligent, uninformed president ever. Also, he didn't care. The choice of SC and other judges wasn't an opportunity for grift.

Did this right wing anti-govt mania start with Ronald Reagan? Didn't he say " the scariest words are" I'm from the govt and here to help you"" What a nauseating statement, trashing the govt that has rescued and fed (until now) more people than any other country, ever.

There was a ton of fraud in medicare perpetrated by Senator Rick Scott's company. Largest medicare fraud in US history. I guess Johnson isn't concerned about that.

To manage so that they provide the absolute minimum of coverage for the maximum of profit on premiums paid.

Yes it was all bullshit.

Wow. Love that he is crystal clear.

But the same people who waited for JFK Jr to “come back” and be named as Trump’s VP choice will probably lap up this latest crap too.

Where is @nadler.house.gov’s response? I’m a constituent. This is beyond concerning. Any reaction? I have not seen it. Where is the woman they handcuffed?

Yes.

The country is moving 'red' per this NYT survey of elections since 2012. People have the luxury of voting for Republicans, of hating on immigrants, hating on equality, because they live comfortably on the rights & protections afforded them by generations of Democrats. tinyurl.com/ypnefzc3

Not one of the guys in the picture looks like they ever went to their proms. Losers one and all.

Every single thing happening now is on the Supreme Court and its immunity decision. And before that, on McConnell and his despicable cowardice, failing to rally the 10 Senators needed to convict Trump at his second impeachment.

Why are they allowed to hide their faces?

That is exactly what the POS voted her...and her neighbors who voted for Trump. He was explicit about his plans. No excuse.

Why are these fuckers allowed to be masked?

The cult is losing it's mind that President Biden dares to speak up and speak out.
